Good Balsamic, macerate strawberries – (left overs great with ice-cream), strain off balsamic and use in dressing, mix with oil, honey and black pepper
Oil, a fruity oilve but after discovering avocado honey I think avocado oil
Green stuff – rocket/arrugula/rouquette, basil, mint? (chocolate would be good) maybe only for the sound

4 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons sugar – tried using avocado honey, needs some sugar
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt -
1 chilled large egg white -
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature – tried to use olive oil too
Pine nuts should be lightly toasted, roughly chopped and sprinkled on tuile (not in incorporated into mix) along with flaky salt
Bake in 400F oven on silpats
Keep batter cold
