Benjamin Barton’s culinary career began at age 14 washing dishes in a local restaurant for a fiery red bearded chef. Dodging scalding and scolding he worked fast and asked lots of questions. After studying economics Ben returned to kitchens as the lifestyle suited a snow obsessed thrill seeker. Craving adventure Ben developed a wildly creative style cooking his way through Europe and battled his way into the galleys of super yachts.

His theatrical food has entertained media moguls, politicians, hedge fund managers, fashion designers, moviemakers and an arms dealer (yes, think Nicolas Cage in “Lord of War”) on million dollar a metre vessels. While his simple roast chicken and potatoes gets him flown around the world.
